1. Check the mechanical part and electrical part before Electric Wire Rope Hoist operating, wire rope, hook, limit switch, etc. and grounding device should be in good condition, the electrical part should be no leakage.
2. Electric Wire Rope Hoist should be equipped with buffers; baffles should be located at both ends of the track.
3. First time start lifting, you should stop hanging when lifting off the ground 100mm, check hoist brake situation, make sure it is well before lifting. During open-air operations, the hoist should be equipped with canopy.
4. Prevent collision.
5. The lifting object should be tied securely. When lifting, the object should not exceed 1.5m height off the ground. Intermittent during operation, the object shall not be hanging in the air.
6. Peculiar smell, high temperature or other abnormal conditions occur during hoist operating, immediately stop lifting and check, only after troubleshooting should continue to use.
7. When use of suspension cable electric control switch, it should be with good insulation and freely slide. Behind man standing there should be 2㎡ vacant area and operator should correct operate the push-button.
8. During lifting, object falling out of control due to failure, must take urgent measures to lower the object at vacant.
9. No rapid decline during lifting.
10. During braking at rated load, the decline displacement amount should not exceed 80mm. Otherwise, the oil should be removed or replace the brake ring.
11. After finishing operation, the hoist should be stopped in the designated position, raise the hook, cut off power and lock the switch box.
