Double-beam bridge crane, also known as overhead crane, is the most widely used type of lifting machinery. This type of crane is mainly composed of a bridge frame (commonly known as a trolley), a trolley and a metal structure. The bridge frame is composed of two longitudinal parallel main beams to form a spatial structure. This structure makes the double-beam bridge crane have the advantages of large lifting capacity, large span, good overall stability and small wheel pressure.

Double Girder EOT Crane

Our double girder EOT crane design structure consists of crane bridge, traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism and electrical part.

The casting crane is one of the main equipments in the continuous casting process. It is mainly used for transferring iron to the converter, lifting the steel to the refining furnace in the refining span or lifting the steel to the continuous casting rotary ladle table in the steel span. The overall structure of the casting crane can be divided into: double-beam double-track, four-beam four-track, four-beam six-track and other forms. Double-beam double-track and four-beam four-track form is generally used for medium and large tonnage casting cranes, four-beam six-track double trolley form is generally used for very large tonnage casting cranes. Metallurgical casting crane is working by longitudinal movement along the plant track direction, lateral movement of the trolley and lifting movement of the hook. It is suitable for metal smelting workshop and is a special crane used for lifting molten metal. Metallurgical casting crane application Generally applicable to -10ºC to +50ºC ambient temperature, the relative humidity at a temperature of 40ºC does not exceed 50ºC, the molten metal lifted to the forging hook, plate hook radiation temperature does not exceed 300ºC.
